These guidelines apply to Golden Cala venues — including Cala Water Park, Khopcha, LensMe boutiques, and offices — unless a site posts stricter rules at the door.
Families and culture
Venues are designed for families, with attention to privacy and local norms. Follow posted dress, photography, and gender-area rules. Supervise children at all times, especially around water.
Safety
Obey staff, lifeguards, and signs. Do not enter closed attractions. If you have a medical condition, ask staff before using slides or pools. We do not publish ride-height tables here; use the signs on site.
Conduct
No harassment, no illegal activity, no damage to property. Staff may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave. Tickets and table bookings are not sold on this website.
